The March U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 100.15, down 0.18. The U.S. dollar index is trading rangebound in the middle of the session range. Market chatter about global headline news and economic data due out Thursday is making the rounds. The Department of Labor's weekly jobless claims figures are due out at 8:30 a.m. ET. The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago national activity index is also due out at 8:30 a.m. ET. Markit's composite and services purchasing managers surveys (PMI) are set for release at 9:45 a.m. ET. The Conference Board's (CB) leading index and the U.S. Census Bureau's monthly report on new home sales are due out at 10:00 a.m. ET.
