USDA Export Sales: Beef and Pork

The USDA reported today that beef weekly export sales for the current year period ending January 12th totaled 3,700 tonnes. Pork weekly export sales for the current period totaled 25,400 tonnes. Pork sales were down 58 percent from previous week and up 48 percent the four week average.
