Thursday's USDA cattle slaughter was 114,000 head versus 113,000 head a year ago. February live cattle is trading at 120.92, up 0.65 cents/lb. April live cattle is trading at 119.77, up 0.37 cents/lb. June live cattle is trading at 109.10, up 0.17 cents/lb.
