The March U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 101.00, down 0.74. The U.S. Dollar Index is choppy and a little above the session lows. The Department of Labor reported that weekly jobless claims rose to 247,000 from 237,000 last week. Continuing jobless claims for the week ending December 31st decreased to 2,087,000 from 2,116,000.
