U.S. Dollar Index Lower

The March U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 102.29, down 0.42. The U.S. dollar index is a little above the session lows. Market chatter about global headline news and recent comments from policy makers is making the rounds. The Institute for Supply Management's (ISM) purchasing managers surveys (PMI) are due out Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. ET.
