Stock Index Futures Little Changed in Pre-Market

September SP500 is trading at 2184.75, down 1.25. September Nasdaq 100 is trading at 4821.50, down 1.25 September Russell 2000 is trading at 1239.70, down 0.10. September Dow Industrial futures are trading at 18571,down 11. Stock index futures are trading steady and just under the session highs. Market chatter about corporate earnings and headline news is making the rounds. Housing Starts and CPI data (consumer price index) are due out at 8:30 a.m. ET. The Federal Reserve is scheduled to release industrial production and capacity utilization figures at 9:15 a.m. ET.
