The September U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 97.13, down 0.13. The U.S. dollar index has erased a good portion of the early session losses. Market chatter about global money flows and comments by global central bankers is constant. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) reported that existing U.S. home sales rose 1.1 percent in June to 5.57 million versus a rise of 1.5 percent in May.
