Soybeans Higher

Soybean futures are trading a little higher Thursday during early trading . May Soybeans trading at 970 3/4 , up 5 3/4 cents. May Soybean Oil is trading at 30.80, up 0.17. May Soymeal is trading at 323.1, up 2.5. There is some buying on worries of instability over trucker strikes in Brazil, Chatter about bird flu is making the rounds. A bird flu outbreak of H7N3 virus was reported on a turkey farm in California. India reported an outbreak of highly pathogenic H5N1 virus in a village in the northern province of Uttar Pradesh. USDA Soybean weekly export sales are estimated to be 375,000 tonnes. Market chatter that some estimates for soybean acreage are near 87.3 million bushels and ending stocks may be near a record of nearly 600 million bushels for this season is making the rounds.
