Symmetricom SYMM

As the Dow continues to experience a $75.46 gain at 15,467.66 today, I felt compelled to bring your attention to this precision time and frequency tech Company ticker SYMM. Golly, Symmetricom Inc. unleashed its wrath today as it performed exceptionally great in the stock market with a $2.44 gain up 51.15% at $7.21 per share. For instance for those that didn't get in early, if you would of had 41 shares of this Company you might have made over one hundred dollars before tax. I guess it would be safe to say that slow dough, is better than no dough.

Symmetricom (www.symmetricom.com) specializes in precision time and frequency technologies. The Company previously announced they entered into a definitive agreement whereby Microsemi will acquire them for $7.18 per share, in a transaction valued at approximately $230 million, net of Symmetricom's projected cash balance at closing. Eventhough I was not personally invited to this wedding, I am sure investors want to know what makes this announcement a big deal like the chart displays below.

Well let's keep it juicy like B.I.G. This agreement concerning Symmetricom and Microsemi has potential to provide the largest and greatest complete timing portfolio in the industry. In layman's terms this means from source to synchronization to distribution, Microsemi will provide an end to end timing solution therefore increasing their dollar amount cause we all know cash rules. Microsemi anticipates this deal will close in its quarter ending Dec. 29, 2013. Let's be honest, I'm putting ticker SYMM on my google alert.
