NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR) -23% - The company reported third quarter 2014 preliminary results, lowering full-year guidance.

Portugal Telecom, SGPS ADR (NYSE: PT) -11% - Shares are down sharply after a court rejected creditor protection for its Rioforte Investments unit.

Tesoro Logistics LP (NASDAQ: TLLP) -11% - The company announced it has decided to buy QEP Field Services from QEP Resources for $2.5 billion.

Steve Madden, Ltd. (NASDAQ: SHOO) -9.4% - Shares have fallen sharply following the company's downbeat preliminary results.

International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE: IBM) - 7.2% - The company reported third quarter 2014 earnings. IBM reported EPS of $3.68, missing Street estimates by 14.81 percent and reported revenue of $22.4 billion, missing estimates by 970 million.

Many Ebola stocks are down sharply on Monday as a Dallas judge cleared individuals that were in contact with an Ebola patient:
