Adeptus Health Inc ADPT and Texas Health Resources disclosed Wednesday that they have joined hands together to lift accessibility to high quality, convenient emergency medical care in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We look forward to working with Texas Health to further improve access and the continuum of care for patients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area." Similarly, Texas Health Resources CEO, Barclay Berdan, said, "This relationship with Adeptus Health allows Texas Health to offer North Texans more choices when it comes to their emergency needs. Expanding our footprint in the region is about making it easier for consumers to find quality, convenient care close to home. The two companies indicated that the JV would allow Texas Health's hospitals network and outpatient centers to grow significantly as it serve over seven million residents in 16 nations in and around Dallas-Fort Worth.
