Klout picks up its $30 mn in venture capital

Remember the news that leaked out about Klout's latest venture capital round during the Business Insider IGNITION Conference? Well, the deal has closed, according to SocialTimes, and there are more details. The $30 mn Series C round came in at an implied valuation of around $200 mn. Kleiner Perkins led the round, with Institutional Venture Partners, Venrock, Greycroft Partners and ff Venture Capital participating. Chi-Hua Chien, of Kleiner Perkins, was added to Klout's board of directors.
