Manasi Vora: Enabling Diversity in the Web3 Ecosystem

Manasi Vora has provided leadership for decentralized storage projects in the Web3 space. Still, her most notable accomplishments have been expanding the ecosystem of ideas and people entering the Web3 space, with a strong focus on inclusion. She is the founder of Women in Blockchain, which has a stated mission to "break down barriers to entry for underrepresented minorities and increase gender diversity within the Blockchain industry."

Women in Blockchain (WiB) is one of the earliest grassroots efforts with a mission to enable diversity in crypto through ongoing research and education, with effective, coordinated community outreach. Vora is also co-founder of Komorebi Collective, the first investment DAO with the goal of funding female and nonbinary crypto founders.

"There's a myth that the blockchain industry is only for technical folks and developers," Vora wrote on Medium. "In reality, there is a huge demand for talent across the spectrum. There are many opportunities where passion and dedication are valued over pedigree and past work experience."

To mainstream Web3, we need our projects to resemble our universal audience, and because ideas are our most precious commodity, we would be honored to have Vora join us at the December Benzinga crypto events.

Benzinga will give a platform and voice to some of the most extraordinary individuals in the space at this December's Future of Crypto and Fintech Awards events. Tickets are still available.
