At 8:30 a.m., personal income and spending for August are going to be released. Both reports are expected to show a rise of 0.3%. At 9:55, the University of Michigan consumer sentiment for September is going to be released. This is the final reading, and it is expected to show a slight tick up to 67.0, from 66.6. 10:00 is extremely important, with construction spending and the aforementioned ISM index being released. Construction spending is expected to tick down 0.5% in August, and the ISM is expected to show a reading of 54.8. Any reading above 50 indicates growth.
