On CNBC's Trading Nation, Todd Gordon suggested a bullish options strategy in Microsoft Corporation MSFT.
He explained that Microsoft held well, while the market struggled and he expects it to outperform the market when it starts to recover.
To make a bullish bet, Gordon wants to buy the April 65/67.5 call spread for $0.80. The trade breaks even at $65.80 or 1.65 percent above the current market price. It can maximally make a profit of $1.70, if the stock jumps to $67.50 or higher. If the premium drops to $0.40, Gordon is going to close the position.
