December Corn is trading at 338 1/4, up 1 cent/bushel. March Corn is trading at 348 1/2, up 1 cent/bushel. Corn futures are trading steady to higher early Tuesday morning. The weekly corn crop condition report showed 74 percent of the crop was rated good to excellent versus 74 percent a week ago and 68 percent a year ago. The ten year average at this time of year is 59 percent. The weekly corn harvest report showed 9 percent of the corn crop was harvested versus 5 percent last week and 9 percent a year ago. The ten year average at this time of year is 13 percent. The USDA reported on Monday that corn export inspections for the current marketing year as of September 15th are now 5.3 percent of the USDA forecast versus the five year average of 5.4 percent.
