Cotton Futures Little Higher

December New York Cotton is trading at 68.18, up 0.39 cents/lb. March New York Cotton is trading at 68.29, up 0.18 cents/lb. Cotton futures are trading steady to higher early Tuesday morning. Market chatter about global cotton demand and economic growth is making the rounds. The International Cotton Advisory Committee has estimated that world ending cotton stocks for the 2016 to 2017 season will be near 18.14 million tonnes versus 18.63 million tonnes during the 2015 to 2016 season.
