Murphy Oil Announces Dividend of $.275

The Board of Directors of Murphy Oil Corporation

today declared a quarterly dividend on the Common Stock of Murphy Oil Corporation of $0.275 per share, or $1.10 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable March 1, 2011 to holders of record February 15, 2011.
