Steve Grasso believes that
Plains All American Pipeline, L.P.PAA won't be able to maintain its dividend at a current level of 12 percent, because of a slow growth and there won't be a lot of producers that are going to use the company's pipelines.
Guy Adami thinks that
United States Steel CorporationX is in a troubled industry. It has a dividend of only 2.5 percent, but it might cut it and the move might be interpreted as a good sign by the market, added Adami.
