Colorado Springs Police Orders 525 TASER X2 ECDs

today announced a significant order for 525 TASER® X2™ electronic control devices (ECD) by the Colorado Springs Police Department (CO) using the new TASER Protection Plan. This is a full deployment of X2s for all of its patrol officers. "This is one of the largest TASER X2 orders to date and represents the continuation of increased X2 adoption," said Rick Smith, Chief Executive Officer and founder of TASER International.
