Domark International Inc's DOMK wholly-owned subsidiary Solawerks Inc, just announced that the Company is developing a version of its Revolutionary Solapad iPad cover with space age “hard rubber” type material so that the fragile iPad can be used in rugged environments. The new Solawerks Solapad is an electronic sleeve manufactured specifically for all versions of the Apple AAPL iPad. The Solapad contains a large, high-efficiency solar panel on its back, plus an additional internal battery to keep the iPad charged at all times. Future versions of the Solapad are being engineered to incorporate other items and capabilities that are designed to make a customer's iPad much more powerful and functional.
The Company believes the popularity of the hot new iPad accessory is partially driven by Apple's record sales of the new version of the iPad that some are calling the iPad 3.
