Home Bancshares Boosts Dividend by 25%

Board of Directors declared a regular $0.10 per share quarterly cash dividend payable March 7, 2012, to shareholders of record February 15, 2012. This cash dividend represents a $0.046 per share, or 85%, increase over the $0.054 cash dividend paid during the first quarter of 2011 and a $0.02 per share, or 25% increase over the $0.08 cash dividend during the fourth quarter of 2011.
