CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BLVT) (“BulovaTech” or “the Company”) announced today that it has accepted the resignation of John Stanton as Chairman and Director, and as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Stanton intends to focus his efforts on completing certain long term endeavors centered on alternative energy and healthcare. “I believe that the Company is now well positioned to enhance its status in the defense industry, and continue to prosper under Steve Gurba's leadership," Stanton concluded.
