On CNBC's "Options Action", Dan Nathan spoke about an unusually high options activity in Morgan Stanley MS. He said call options volume was 1.5 times that of puts and one large trade caught his attention during the session on Wednesday.
When the stock was trading at $38, there was a buyer of 8,000 contracts of the February 42 calls for $0.86. The trade breaks even at $42.86 or 9.06 percent from the closing price on Wednesday.
