Analysts at Evercore ISI upgraded Federal Realty Investment Trust FRT from Hold to Buy. The price target for Federal Realty Investment has been raised from $133 to $145. Federal Realty Investment shares have jumped 31.82% over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 13.27% in the same period. Federal Realty Investment's shares fell 0.83% to close at $134.09 on Friday.
