Analysts at Brean Capital upgraded American States Water Company (NYSE: AWR) from “hold” to “buy.” The price target for American States Water is set to $33. American States Water's shares closed at $29.40 yesterday.

Analysts at Citigroup upgraded Crane Company (NYSE: CR) from “neutral” to “buy.” The price target for Crane has been raised from $74 to $83. Crane's shares closed at $68.03 yesterday.

Atlantic Equities upgraded Gap (NYSE: GPS) from “underweight” to “neutral.” The price target for Gap has been raised from $34 to $43. Gap's shares closed at $43.68 yesterday.
