Lumos Networks delists after completing sale to EQT (Seeking Alpha)

In a report published Monday, D.A. Davidson & Co. analyst Donna Jaegers reiterated a Buy rating and $18.00 price target on Lumos Networks (NASDAQ: LMOS).

In the report, D.A. Davidson & Co. noted, “LMOS reported revenues and EBITDA roughly in line with our estimates. Revenues were $50.2 million, down 4.1% year-over-year (YoY), and slightly below our $50.3 million estimate. LMOS' growth area – data revenues – increased 2.2% sequentially due to a 13.9% sequential increase in Fiber to the Tower. Residential and Small Business revenues fell 10.6% YoY and 1.9% sequentially. Access revenues were better than expected, but down 2.6% sequentially and down 16.0% YoY. Gross margins were 80% and SG&A was up 3.1% sequentially. EBITDA was $22.7 million, better than our $22.4 million estimate. EPS was $0.17 compared to our estimate of $0.18 and $0.22 last year.”

Lumos Networks closed on Friday at $14.70.
