Jive Software Shares Spike Up Amid Rosenblatt Comments

Earlier Thursday, Rosenblatt Securities analyst Kirk Adams noted that the "likely outcome" of a partnership between Jive Software JIVE and Cisco Systems CSCO is a Cisco acquisition of Jive, if the pact is successful.

Shares of Jive shot up over five percent following the release of the Rosenblatt note, but have since fallen back to levels below Wednesday's close.
