Wells Fargo Comments On Kroger-Vitacost Deal

Following the announcement of a deal between Kroger KR and Vitacost.com VITC, Wells Fargo analyst Kate Wendt issued a note in which she stated the deal may hurt GNC GNC and Vitamin Shoppe VSI by keeping their primary competitor "afloat."

At last check, shares of GNC and Vitamin Shoppe were down ~1 and ~2 percent, respectively.
