In a report published Monday, BMO Capital Markets reiterated its Outperform rating on Oshkosh Corporation OSK, and raised its price target from $35.00 to $38.00.
BMO Capital noted, “Oshkosh reported FY4Q12 headline GAAP EPS of $0.84. Excluding restructuring charges of $0.07, curtailment expense of $0.02, and discrete tax benefits of $0.29, adjusted EPS was $0.65, which beat our estimate of $0.49 and the consensus estimate of $0.47. The beat was driven by better-than-expected revenues and adjusted margins in all segments (Access Equipment margins were in line).”
Oshkosh Corporation closed on Friday at $29.92.
