In a report published Wednesday, Jefferies & Company reiterated its Hold rating on Norfolk Southern Corp. (NYSE: NSC), and raised its price target from $72.00 to $75.00.

Jefferies noted, “NSC reported an inline 3Q, but reported significantly lower profitability and a weaker outlook. This report highlighted structural cost issues that will likely weigh on performance over the next few quarters.”

Norfolk Southern Corp. closed on Tuesday at $66.01.
