Cantor Fitzgerald initiates its coverage on NVIDIA NVDA with a Buy rating and a price target of $20, as the company should be the beneficiary of numerous disruptive technology trends.
Cantor Fitzgerald says, "We believe NVIDIA will be a primary beneficiary of numerous disruptive technology trends. The ramp of mobile computing (smartphones and tablets)
increasingly requires low-power multi-core application processors (like NVDA's Tegra). Tegra will also be a major beneficiary of the emerging Windows-8 on ARM (WOA) computing space. Moreover, the advent of software-defined radios (SDR), for 4G mobile data/voice basebands, will likely be a boon for NVDA."
NVDA closed at $14.65 a share yesterday.
