UPDATE: Benchmark Raises Vitacost.com's PT

According to a recent research report, Benchmark has increased Vitacost.com Inc.'s VITC PT from $5 to $7. In the report, Benchmark commented, “Vitacost is set to report 4Q11 results Thursday before the stock market opens. We estimate Vitacost could record 22% y/y revenue growth to $72 million, with upside potential given an increased advertising push and requirement for a new distribution facility. However, rising internal investment, including an expected personnel build-out, and increased spending on customer acquisition, could hinder margins for a prolonged period.” Benchmark maintains its Hold rating on Vitacost.com, which closed yesterday at $8.33.
