Jefferies maintains its Hold rating on Henry Schein HSIC and raises its price target from $61 to $65 on better EPS driven by revenue and share count.
Jefferies says, "HSIC's 4Q11 EPS of $1.15 was $0.03 ahead of consensus on better than expected revenue growth and a lower share count (+$0.02). We are raising our 2012 EPS forecast to $4.30 (from $4.25) on a slightly stronger organic revenue growth outlook (+4% vs. our prior +3.5%). Our price target moves to $65 (from $61) on higher cash flow forecasts."
HSIC closed at $73.15 a share on Wednesday.
