D.A. Davidson Upgrades Investors Real Estate Trust To Buy, Maintains PT

D.A. Davidson upgraded Investors Real Estate Trust IRET from Neutral to Buy and maintained its Investors Real Estate Trust $8 price target in a research report published today. In the report, D.A. Davidson states, "Although we continue to await a material improvement in overall commercial lease rates, management noted that it is starting to see limited leasing activity by new business startups as well as small non-public businesses, something that has been absent in the commercial leasing market for the past four years." Shares of Investors Real Estate Trust were trading at $7.06 at the time of posting, up 1.15% from Tuesday's market close.
