Sterne Agee Raises PT On KSU To $65

Sterne Agee has issued a report raising the Price Target on Kansas City Southern (NYSE: KSU) to $65 a share.

According to the report, "We are raising our 2011 EPS by $0.05 to $2.90, and we are raising our 2012 EPS by $0.05 to $3.50. Our price objective increases to $65 based on our higher EPS forecast and a 6-month discount to our 2012 EPS."

KSU has a Buy Rating and closed yesterday at $61.37 a share.
