Deutsche Bank Updates 6/10

Deutsche Bank made a number of price target and rating changes in a research report published today. Deutsche Bank reinstated coverage of ENSCO International ESV with a Buy rating and a price target $64. In the report, Deutsche Bank states, "We reinstate coverage of ESV with a Buy rating and a $64 target following the acquisition of Pride (PDE)... With a clean story, more efficient balance sheet, growth and a potential new shareholder base as a large- cap liquid driller, we believe ESV should trade at a premium to the broader offshore drilling group." ENSCO closed at $54.53 on Thursday. Corinthian Colleges Inc COCO had its price target reduced from $5.75 to $4.50. On Thursday, Corinthian Colleges added 2.21% to its value to close the day at $4.62. ITT Education Services ITT had its price target raised from $75 to $85. On Thursday, ITT added 2.22% to its value to close the day at $55.78. KKR & Co. KKR had its rating reiterated at Buy. At the moment, Deutsche Bank has a price target of $20 placed on the company's stock. The report states, "While the recent macro headwinds have weighed on KKR & the sector, if it is a soft patch vs. a downturn, then it's a buying opportunity, particularly given that most of KKR's public portfolio is up in 2Q (vs. a down market), private valuations typically don't change much on a month of data, & the price is only valuing carry at ~$3/share. We maintain our Buy." On Thursday, KKR rose 1.64% to $16.09. Morgan Stanley MS had its rating maintained at Buy. The report states, "while the environment is challenging and the stock/sector continue to be weak on macro/reg uncertainty & an investor strike on financials, we think it's priced in, and if/when we get any improvement in macro/reg clarity, we expect upside in the stock. We maintain our Buy rating." At the moment, Deutsche Bank has a price target of $34 placed on the company's stock. On Thursday, Morgan Stanley added 2.64% to its value to close the day at $22.51. Its shares lost some of yesterday's gains in today's pre-market trading, however, falling 0.09% to $22.49.
