Oppenheimer has reported a PCB B2B decline of 0.94 in February.
According to the report, "IPC, the global trade organization for electronics, reported a rigid printed circuit board (PCB) book-to-bill for February of 0.94, down from 0.97 in January. A book-to-bill below parity implies sales moderation in the next two to three months for printed circuit boards, a demand proxy for electronics, a critical chemicals end market."
