Firstly, maintenance before the usage

1.The no-load test run time of jaw crusher should be no less than 2 hours and the load test time no less than 8 hours. Any abnormal situation in the test run process should be solved timely.

2.Whether the screws are loosen; whether the degree of tightness is proper; whether there are oil lacking and invalid phenomenon in every roller skating system; there should not be any material inside the crushing cavity.

3.Check whether there are ores or sundries in the crushing cavity, if there are ores or sundries, we must clean them up to guarantee the start of the crushing cavity. When there is oil dirt on the driving belt or the tyre, we should wipe the oil dirt out by duster cloth.

Secondly, maintenance during the operation

1.After the materials are added into the crushing cavity evenly, do not add materials in side direction or too full to avoid unilateral overload or bearing overload.

2.When the device operates, we should pay attention to the oil supply and termly maintenance. Add the lubricating oil to the vibrating screen termly.

3.In the crushing process, if the device was stopped because of material blocking in the crushing cavity, we should cut off the power immediately and start the device after the materials in the crushing cavity are cleaned up.
