How to chose the coal slime dryer scaleboard

In the drying process of the coal slime dryer, after being lifted and scattered by the lifting blade inside the roller, the coal slime falls on the scaleboard of the coal slime dryer, which will bring certain abrasion to the scaleboard. Besides, the scaleboard abrasion degree of the material inlet and material outlet are different, so we should pay attention to the scaleboard project in the design and manufacture of the coal slime dryer. So what are the problems we need to pay attention to when choosing a coal slime dryer scaleboard? Today et us learn about how to chose the coal slime dryer scaleboard together.

Firstly, the hardness of the scaleboard.

The hardness of the material outlet and the central barrel should bigger than the material inlet. The hardness of the material inlet should be HRC48-50, and the central barrel and the material outlet should be HRC50-55. The hardness, resistance and shock resistance, abrasion degree of different parts of the dryer machine scaleboard are not the same. The hardness of the worn scaleboard is 0.8 time higher than that of the dried material.

Secondly, the endurance of the scaleboard.

Because the abrasion degree of the material inlet is more serious than that of the material outlet, to make sure that the barrel will not craze, the endurance of the material inlet scaleboard should be higher than that of the material outlet. Generally, we rule that the shock endurance of the coal slime dryer barrel material inlet is more than 10 to 20 J/cm, and central barrel and the material outlet is more than 5 to 10 J/cm to guarantee the normal work of the scaleboard.

Thirdly, the quality of the scaleboard.

There should be no crack, air hole in the chosen scaleboard and we should chose the scaleboard of reasonable price and outstanding quality.
