Stocks To Watch For June 12, 2014

Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc.CDTI closed up 19% today and strong momentum appears to be building rapidly. The stock price broke out of a base formation on high volume and could eventually rally up to test the 4-4.50 resistance zone. CDTI has seen huge gains over short periods in the past and I believe this breakout could trigger another bull run. From a technical standpoint, the positive momentum seems to be back as the stock is back above the major EMAs with the RSI going up and MACD near the positive territory.

WPX Energy Inc WPX is consolidating and might be getting ready to move higher. Look for break above $22 to enter longs using as stop the 50-day EMA.

Rambus Inc. RMBS had a nice break out today and rose over 5%. If the stock price can sustain this strong momentum $14 is not out of the question next week. Keep it on your radar over the coming days.

Pandora Media Inc P good relative strength compared to the market today. Technical indicators are becoming more favorable with MACD and RSI rising. Look for break above $27.74 to enter longs.

Chesapeake Energy Corporation CHK is holding up nicely and looks ready to move higher. Next buy point for CHK is at 30.48

I think MELA Sciences Inc MELA has found a bottom here and looks poised to post a rally from current levels. We start to see some signals of rebound as the technical chart shows positive momentum is back. If stock breaks 42c then the stock can head to 47c and if this level is breached then the level of 55c is visible.
