Options Media Group Holdings (OPMG) Rallies

Detroit, MI [Simply Pennies] May 17, 2011 –

OPMG.PK – Options Media Group Holdings had a rather bullish day yesterday.  The equity rallied from the $0.015 area up to $0.035 cents per share – representing a 133% gain.

OPMG operates as an email service provider (ESP) in the United States. Yesterday, the company issued a press release announcing its strategy to take advantage of the growing mobile application market.

This morning, the company issued yet another press release announcing the addition of Fry's Electronics to a growing list of retailers of OPMG services.  Bulls hope this addition will increase revenue significantly.

Traders should note that Options Media Group Holdings is in the process of changing its name to PhoneGuard, Inc.

OPMG also filed its 10-Q report yesterday, May 17th 2011. Some notes for traders –

  1. Justin Bieber is an endorser of DriveSafe – a technology of the company.
  2. General and administrative expenses decreased $478,367 or 11% principally.
  3. Because of the lack of business capital, the company may not be able to effectively market DriveSafe in which case it may not be successful.
  4. Gross Profits of $400,972
