On CNBC’s "Halftime Report Final Trades," Joshua Brown of Ritholtz Wealth Management said Toast, Inc. TOST posted a "great earnings report."

Toast reported better-than-expected first-quarter results and raised its FY23 guidance.

Amy Raskin of Chevy Chase Trust named Terreno Realty Corporation TRNO as her final trade.

Terreno Realty declared a regular cash dividend of 40 cents per common share for the quarter ending June 30, 2023 and also filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the first quarter with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Procter & Gamble reported better-than-expected earnings for its third quarter and raised FY23 organic sales growth outlook from 4%-5% to 6%.

Price Action: Procter & Gamble shares rose 0.2% to settle at $154.39 on Thursday, while Terreno Realty shares fell 0.9% to $62.08. Toast fell 1.5% to close at $20.80 on Thursday.
