Howard Hughes Up 2% After Whitney Tilson Presentation (HHC)

Shares of Howard Hughes Corp HHC are gaining more than 2% today, after hedge fund manager Whitney Tilson announced at the Value Investing Congress that he was long the stock yesterday for a number of reasons, one being that the stock is considerably undervalued by its assets. Tilson said that he believes Howard Hughes has attractive risk-reward entry point at these levels, likes the company's management, and its' balance sheet. Tilson said that believes the company is worth anywhere from $77-$141 per share. At last check, shares were up $1.33 to $65.85, a gain of 2%. The Howard Hughes Corporation is a real estate investment and development company, engaging in managing, developing, and leasing commercial, residential, and mixed-use real estate.
