Investment Policy

The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes, if any) in a portfolio of convertible securities (including synthetic convertible instruments). The Fund's investment adviser is Calamos Advisors LLC (Calamos Advisors or the Adviser).
