The pivotal trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a statistically significant improvement in median overall survival (mOS) versus control.

In the intent-to-treat population, patients treated with TTFields therapy concomitant with gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel had an mOS of 16.20 months compared to 14.16 months in patients treated with gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel alone, a statistically significant 2.0-month improvement (hazard ratio=0.819;&nbsp;P=0.039) (N=571).
The survival rate benefit for patients treated with TTFields therapy increased over time, with a 13% improvement in the overall survival rate at 12 months and a 33% improvement in survival rate at 24 months.
TTFields therapy was well-tolerated, and safety was consistent with prior clinical studies. Novocure plans to file for regulatory approval in the U.S., EU, Japan and other key markets. Zai Lab plans to file for regulatory <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/12/b42263056/zai-lab-and-novocure-announce-positive-topline-results-from-phase-3-panova-3-clinical-trial-of-tum" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">approval in China</a>.
Novocure continues to follow patients in its Phase 2 PANOVA-4 trial, which is exploring the use of TTFields therapy together with atezolizumab, gemcitabine, and nab-paclitaxel for the treatment of metastatic pancreatic cancer. PANOVA-4 has completed enrollment, and data are anticipated in 2026.

Canadian cannabis company disclosed quarterly revenue of CA$21.7 million ($15.47 million) compared to CA$20.1 million in the same period last year.
&#8220;Our primary focus has been, and remains, optimizing the business through careful analysis of all legacy, non-core assets and operations, with the goal of transitioning RWB into a profitable enterprise," stated company president Colby De Zen. "Over the first nine months of the fiscal year, we have made significant strides toward achieving our strategic objectives. Our EBITDA has increased 20 times compared to the same period last year, reaching approximately $7.5 million. Adjusted EBITDA stands at $9.6 million for the same period. Future Of Investing: AI Is 'Starting To Empower Consumers'

Shares of Toast Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TOST#NYSE">TOST</a>) added more than 40% in November, after the company reported <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/trading-ideas/movers/24/11/41843738/toast-raises-a-glass-on-strong-q3-earnings-stock-soars">strong third-quarter results</a>.
Although the Boston-based company is among the "best share gainers in the payments space," its stock has risen more than 135% year to date, according to Goldman Sachs.
<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-stock-ratings/analyst/5e53e894ece4e600011fe266/will-nance">Analyst Will Nance</a> downgraded the rating for Toast from Buy to Neutral, while raising the price target to $45.
The Thesis: The inflection in operating leverage has played out, with the company significantly curtailing costs into 2024, Nance said in the downgrade note.

After the rally this year, the stock already reflects the significant upside that was expected from the move to a software-based valuation framework, he added.

Toast Analyst No Longer Bullish Despite Payments Stock Being Among 'Best Share Gainers'

Super Micro Computer Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SMCI#NASDAQ">SMCI</a>) shares are trading higher Monday after the company announced the completion of its review by an <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/12/b42266576/supermicro-announces-completion-of-review-by-independent-special-committee">independent special committee</a>. 
What Happened: Super Micro announced that the independent Special Committee formed by the company&#8217;s board has completed its review. The special committee review came after the company's independent auditor resigned at the end of October over <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/SMCI" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">governance and transparency concerns</a>.
Super Micro said the committee determined that the resignation of the company&#8217;s former auditor and concerns raised in the resignation letter were &#8220;not supported by the facts examined in the review.&#8221;
Super Micro announced at the beginning of November that the special committee&#8217;s preliminary investigation found no evidence of fraud or misconduct on the part of management of the company&#8217;s board. Super Micro announced Monday that the committee&#8217;s final findings support the initial findings. 
The special committee was comprised of Susie Giordano, an independent member of Super Micro&#8217;s board. The committee recommended the following measures after completing the investigation: a new CFO, a new chief accounting officer, the appointment of a chief compliance officer, an expansion of the legal department, an improvement of training and guardrail monitoring and review.

Super Micro further announced that it has adopted all of the special committee recommendations. The company has started searching for a new CFO and has accelerated its search for a chief compliance officer and for a general counsel. Super Micro also said it appointed Kenneth Cheung to chief accounting officer. 
Super Micro believes it will be able to file both its annual report for the fiscal year ended June, 30 2024 and its quarterly report for the period ended Sept. 30, 2024  within the discretionary period that can be granted by the Nasdaq in response to the compliance plan the company recently submitted. 
Super Micro noted that it does not expect to restate any of its quarterly reports for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, or for any other prior fiscal years.
