Bogans claims her attempts to report this were ignored, and she was terminated the following month.

"Because the bill would address this present danger, I have concluded that the wiser course is to sign the bill now and commit to working with the Legislature to address the technical issues and other challenges in separate legislation." 
As a result, intoxicating hemp products like <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cannabis/24/01/36584043/real-weed-or-a-lab-high-delta-8-and-delta-9-thc-explained">Delta-8 and THC seltzers</a> will be pulled from shelves within 30 days, awaiting new CRC regulations.

Without another debate between the two presidential candidates, attention could shift to vice presidential running mates J.D. Vance and Tim Walz, who are the candidates for the Republican and Democratic parties, respectively.
The two will face off on Oct. 1 in a debate hosted by CBS News, a unit of Paramount Global (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PARA#NASDAQ">PARA</a>)(NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PARAA#NASDAQ">PARAA</a>). Norah O'Donnell and Margaret Brennan will serve as the moderators for the debate.
Vance and Walz agreed to the debate and date set for New York City after several back and forth conversations with media networks.
Vance has sought to have as many debates as possible and accused Walz and Harris from running from media interviews.
"I think we ought to do as many debates as we possibly can," Vance previously <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2024/08/15/politics/vance-walz-vice-presidential-debate/index.html">said</a>. &nbsp;
Walz's team agreed to one debate and with Trump and Harris potentially not doing another debate, the opportunity for Vance and Walz to take part in more debates could arise.
Prediction market Polymarket <a href="https://polymarket.com/event/vp-debate-before-election">lists </a>the odds of a vice presidential debate happening before the 2024 election at 97%. The <a href="https://polymarket.com/event/of-debates-between-vance-and-walz">odds </a>of one debate are listed at 94% with two or more debates listed at 1% and no debates listed at 5%.

Vance's net favorability is negative and doesn't show signs of improvement. More voters (46.8%) view Vance unfavorably than those who view him favorable (39.8%).
Walz on the other hand has a positive net favorability rating with 43.6% viewing him favorably and 40.9% viewing him unfavorable.
The 2020 vice presidential debate between Mike Pence and Kamala Harris was watched by more than 57 million people. According to a press release from Palantir, UniCredit has renewed its partnership with the company for another five years. That will see it make use of the Palantir Foundry operating system to enhance its digital transformation.



Investors will note that Palantir and UniCredit first started working together in 2018. Over those five years, UniCredit saw significant benefits from the Palantir Foundry operating system. That even resulted in it expanding the use of the technology to all CE&amp;EE UniCredit Legal Entities.



Josh Harris, a Palantir executive, said the following about this partnership.
