  • Misonix, Inc. (NASDAQ: MSON) shares tumbled 17.1 percent to $5.08 as the company filed for extension of time for its Annual Report on Form 10-K. The company named Joseph Dwyer as interim CFO.
  • Acasti Pharma Inc (NASDAQ: ACST) shares fell 17.1 percent to $2.33.
  • Nevada Gold & Casinos (NYSE: UWN) declined 15.5 percent to $1.74. Nevada Gold & Casinos reported a Q1 loss of $0.01 per share, versus a year-ago profit of $0.03 per share.
  • Dataram Corp (NASDAQ: DRAM) shares fell 11 percent to $1.22. Dataram reported a Q1 net loss of $0.43 per share on sales of $4.915 million.
  • Sequans Communications SA ADR (NYSE: SQNS) shares tumbled 10 percent to $1.71 after reporting an offering of ADSs.
  • Sarepta Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: SRPT) shares dropped 9.3 percent to $29.43 amid negative Jefferies note. Jefferies reiterated Underperform rating with $7 price target on Sarepta.
  • Integer Holdings Corporation (NYSE: ITGR) shares dropped 8.9 percent to $20.78. Integer disclosed that its CFO Michael Dinkins plans to leave the company.
  • Atara Biotherapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: ATRA) tumbled 8.9 percent to $19.44. Goldman Sachs downgraded Atara Biotherapeutics from Neutral to Sell and lowered the price target from $23.00 to $16.00.
  • Platform Specialty Products Corp (NYSE: PAH) shares declined 7.9 percent to $ 8.26 after announcing a $350 million stock offering.
  • Immune Design Corp (NASDAQ: IMDZ) shares fell 7.7 percent to $6.27 after announcing a proposed public offering of common stock.
  • Apogee Enterprises Inc (NASDAQ: APOG) fell 6.7 percent to $43.01. Apogee reported better-than-expected Q2 results and boosted its fiscal 2017 outlook.
  • Star Bulk Carriers Corp. (NASDAQ: SBLK) shares dropped 4 percent to $4.48. Star Bulk Carriers reported a Q2 loss of $0.75 per share on revenue of $52.6 million and announced a $51.5 million offering of common stock.
  • VF Corp (NYSE: VFC) declined 3.4 percent to $56.03. Bank of America downgraded VF Corp from Buy to Underperform.
  • AMC Networks Inc (NASDAQ: AMCX) shares fell 3.3 percent to $50.25. Stifel Nicolaus downgraded AMC Networks from Buy to Hold.
