CALABASAS, Calif., Nov. 4, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Horgan, Rosen, Beckham & Coren, L.L.P., served as legal counsel to County Commerce Bank (OTC PINK: CNYB) in connection with its negotiating and entering into a definitive merger agreement with CVB Financial Corp. CVBF ("CVBF"). Pursuant to the agreement County Commerce Bank ("CCB") will merge with and into CVBF's principal subsidiary, Citizens Business Bank ("Citizens"). As a result of this merger Citizens' presence in Ventura County will be strengthened and customers of CCB will benefit from an expanded branch and ATM network as well as a broad range of products and services offered by Citizens.
