  • Briggs & Stratton BGG stock hit a new 52-week low of $1.36 to begin trading. The stock was down 8.86% on the session.
  • Panhandle Oil and Gas PHX stock set a new 52-week low of $2.92 on Monday morning, with shares later moving up 0.67%.
